Laurent Morel
Chairman of A4MT
Laurent MOREL is chairman of A4MT. Having managed certain large companies (ARVAL, KLEPIERRE), he will represent the business world. As a real connoisseur of the effects of shareholding, the quality of available human resources, and the corporate culture and management, he will be an active stakeholder in the project. His job will be to shed light on what the manager wants and can do, under the supervision of a board of directors. He will have to deal with internal pressures and the search for improvements in the products and its customers. He helped to draft the internal "ShiftOneTeam" white paper that summarises the psychosociology of change, with some of the company's staff members.
